Our main goal is to benefit our customers through the fast and cost-efficient execution of all customs operations commissioned, in strict compliance with the applicable legislation.
In addition, we advise on all aspects pertaining to customs and foreign trade legislation with the aim of pre-empting situations which may cause economic loss or legal liability to our customers.
To achieve these goals, we rely on a team of technical and legal experts and on constantly updated technological resources.
Our core team includes lawyers, engineers, customs agents and foreign trade professionals. Our team is fully available to provide tailored responses to every customer’s particular needs.

With over 50 years of experience, our services span the whole gamut of foreign trade issues - both in the legal and the operational areas - in our double capacity as lawyers and customs agents.
Our advisory services include as a first step an assessment of the feasibility and suitability of the operations that our customers wish to carry out, vis-à-vis the applicable legislation, tax rates, possible requests for tariff openings, or the processing of classification consultations to customs officials.
On the operational side, our services include advising on merchandise tariff classification and payment schedules. In addition, we handle all imports clearances, both for final imports for local consumption as well as suspensive destinations (i.e. provisional imports with their respective nationalizations and/or re-shipments, etc.)

Upon request from our clients, we also offer a “Door-to-Door” service which includes merchandise pick-up at an overseas warehouse and commissioning all the necessary services to ensure the merchandise is safely delivered at the importer’s local warehouse.
Regarding exports procedures, we handle all necessary embarkation documents from any point in the country. This includes permits for definite exports, fractioned shipments, exports of merchandise subject to price reviews, shipment to special customs zones, temporary dispatch of merchandise and the return of merchandise previously exported, maritime and aircraft fuel supply, postal mailing and shipment of merchandise samples. In all of these cases, we offer booking of merchandise transportation by air and sea, as well as preparation of all necessary documentation. We also handle the processing of any export promotion benefits that may be applicable.
We have our own staff in the Buenos Aires, Ezeiza, Campana and La Plata jurisdictions, and associates in customs offices in other Argentine provinces.

Our headquarters are located in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, on Bartolomé Mitre Nº 833. The four-floor, 5,000 sq ft building is entirely owned by Di Fiori y CIA S.A.

Our company owns eight telephone lines, with 21 extensions, two of which work as Fax numbers. Additionally, communications with the Buenos Aires Customs and Port, and the Ezeiza, La Plata and Campana Customs relies on mobile phones and radio transmission (21 trunking devices)

Quality Assurance - SICLAR
Since 1999, our foreign trade and advisory services have implemented a quality assurance system certified by TUV in accordance to ISO 9002. This system was subsequently upgraded to the ISO 2000 version, also certified.
Furthermore, our company is registered under the SICLAR, No. 400.631.
